Yet another piece of Apple gear - This Macbook was 'written off' by a local computer shop.
Someone accidentally poured a glass of wine over a friend's lovely Mackbook 3,1. After I recovered the files from the hard drive, the laptop was taken to a local computer shop, declared unrepairable and 'written off'.. He then kindly gave it to me.. My friend now has a brand new Macbook Pro, and my wife has a lovely Macbook! I name this Mac 'The Phoenix'!.
